Advocate Vivek Nagar

Nagar Law Chambers is a litigation practice at South Tukoganj, Indore. The chambers appears before the District and Sessions Court, Indore, and before the Indore Bench of the High Court of Madhya Pradesh.

The practice is a general litigation practice rather than a single-subject one. On the civil side it covers regular civil suits, property and title disputes, applications for injunction and stay, and miscellaneous judicial proceedings. A recurring part of the work involves the Indore Municipal Corporation and proceedings under the Madhya Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act 1956. On the criminal side the chambers acts in bail applications, sessions trials, criminal complaint cases and matters under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act 1985 and the Motor Vehicles Act 1988.

Instructions are accepted in Hindi and in English, and hearings are conducted in either language as the court requires.
